Earliest check in time is 3pm and to be vacated on day of departure none later than 9.30am.
County Show Day is a late key collection day - 18.00 hrs or later please
The caravans have to be left clean . If you don't have the time on the day of departure please leave £16 to cover the cost of a cleaner for 2 hours.
There is a fifty pound non - refundable deposit due on confirmation of bookings for each week booked with the remaining balance due four weeks prior to arrival.I reserve the right to relet if no contact has been made after this time. When sending the deposit please enclose a letter stating the number of peoplestaying and estimated time of arrival.If you require a receipt pleaseenclose a stamp addressed envelope.
The full amount is due for a booking made within the month, payment must be sent by cheque as soon as the dates have been confirmed.
There will be no refund ifthe holiday is terminated earlier than the departure date that was booked.
Vehicles / Personal property, accessories and contents are left at your own risk.
